Water jet foam cutting
The cutting is carried out with a water jet for a very fine profile and to guarantee a tightening as close as possible to the product.
This wedging is made of Polyurethane (PU) foam for the protection of wine glasses. A finish with a carbon-effect coating gives it a design look reserved for a presentation box.
All finishes are possible thanks to a multitude of coatings to be sticked to the foam.

This very high-end box is made entirely of reticulated foam.
The set includes a machined foam part for the presentation of a caviar box, with laser engraving and two finger grips for a better grip of the product. A plate is also machined for inserting a key, and the lid is finely engraved with the company’s logo.

The part is machined to respect the differences in depth and shape. A finger grip is provided to facilitate the grasping of objects.
This wedge will be inserted into a presentation box with its honeycomb foam lid.

This wedging has been made of PU foam cut with a water jet for optimal precision. The cut is perfectly faithful to the shape of the product. The foam is complexed with an imitation leather coating, for a product intended to the presentation and enhancement of the knife in its box.
We offer a wide range of coverings in fabric, paper, cardboard, imitation of skin, wood, cork, etc.
Foam cuts can also be made of soft PU foam or hard or semi-rigid PE such as Plastazote, Evazote, Microzote, LD33, LD45, LD29, PTZ29, PTZ33, XVA, XPE or MULTILAM.
