Custom-made foam cutting
Adhesive PE foam cut to size for this creation. The foam is not a wedge but fully integrates the metal case by covering it perfectly.
Made of black PTZ45 (cross-linked foam of the Plastazote range), this type of adhesive cutting can also be made of flexible PU foam, or hard or semi-rigid PE such as Plastazote, Evazote, Microzote, LD33, LD45, LD29, PTZ29, PTZ33, XVA45, XPE or Multilam.
To give a luxurious look to the interior of this box, the foam is covered with a grained leather-look material. This type of coating is available in an infinite range of colours, which allows all kinds of daring and trendy looks… The foam is precisely cut to the shape of the product… and here too, anything goes!
Classic white or black PE foam finish, or flashy pink or apple green foam, all inserts are possible.
Foam cuts can also be made of flexible PU foam, or hard or semi-rigid PE such as Plastazote, Evazote, Microzote, LD33, LD45, LD29, PTZ29, PTZ33, XVA45, XPE or Multilam.

Assembly of anthracite and orange PU foams
Stained glass effect for this equipment intended for a perfume box.
A cut stamped to the shape of the bottle in an anthracite PU, glued to an orange PU foam sole, the effect is stunning and gives light to this wedging.
Of course, this two-tone assembly can be reproduced in other forms, other colours and other foams.
The use of PPI type filtration foam allows a very original appearance of the grain of material.
Foam cuts can also be made of flexible PU foam, or hard or semi-rigid PE such as Plastazote, Evazote, Microzote, LD33, LD45, LD29, PTZ29, PTZ33, XVA45, XPE or Multilam
Foams that adapt to your needs
This PE foam wedging is intended for a children’s perfume
To maintain the soft image of the product, the foam is coated with a velvet touch finish in baby pink, particularly “soft” to suit a gift box intended for children.
There are many foams with a soft touch also called soft-touch or peach skin effect.
Foam cuts can also be made of flexible PU foam, or hard or semi-rigid PE such as Plastazote, Evazote, Microzote, LD33, LD45, LD29, PTZ29, PTZ33, XVA45, XPE or Multilam.
Luxury wedge for perfume

The foam with which we equip this cardboard box is cut to the precise shape of the objects it will contain.
We chose an XVA dark black foam for its soft-touch appearance
XVA foam is increasingly used for the interiors of boxes intended to luxury products.
A very silky foam with a velvet-like feel.
Luxury presentation foam
A high-class finish for this refined perfume set.
A high density EVA foam cut to the shape of the bottle is placed in the bottom of the box. A protective spacer, also made of EVA foam, is placed in the lid for a perfect finish.
EVA foam offers high density and perfect white; it is recommended for equipment of luxurious box.

Proud to be a sustainable leader in our field, we’ve been committed to the cause from our very beginnings. From launching our world-first 100% recyclable padded bag to developing
a group-wide waste-free cradle-to-cradle’ approach, sustainability is at the heart of every decision we make.
So how exactly do we do what we do, sustainably?
Because we’re 100% committed to what we call our ‘circular economy’ and ‘cradle-to-cradle’ products – which basically means that none of our waste ends up in the incinerator or landfill. In fact, we have no waste. Everything is reused. And we do this in two main ways.
