PE MULTILAM foam, (LDPE foam) is also available in sheets or rolls, thicknesses, colours and sizes, on request. It is a semi-rigid and insulating wedging foam. PE foam can be anti-static, white or black as standard.

Made in our workshops, this two-tone foam tray will be integrated into a small presentation case with the exact shape of the outer cut-out.
Each cell is cut to the size and length of the accessories, so everything is always in its place.
These cutouts are usually made of soft PU foam or hard or semi-rigid PE foam such as LD33, LD45, LD29, PTZ29, PTZ33, XVA45, XPE or Multilam.

We deliver this fully equipped demonstration case. The interior consists of a foam bottom and lid, made up of cut-outs that are 100% in line with the shape of the parts to be protected.
Machining makes it possible to make cuts of simple or very complex shapes, at different depths, in order to always be as close as possible to the products. It also allows the cutting of finger grips for a better grip of wedged products.
These foams are adhesive in the suitcase.
