Combinations with our foams are limited only by your imagination
This selection is just a small preview of the possibilities we offer for equipping a box or a case. The range of costs is also very wide depending on the components used.
We offer a wide range of foam colours (PU, PE, PTZ, XPE, XVA, EVA, etc.). Some can be coordinated to make two-tone foam wedges. The ultimate in wedging is to laminate a foam with a luxurious coating. The purpose will then be expressed in very surprising colors or aspects. We have already made several imitations: linen, cork, leather, grained leather, velvet, wood, hides, carbon, gold, bronze, silver, precious papers, glossy cardboard,… which have sublimated boxes, each more luxurious than the other…
Presentation PU foam
This box is equipped with a polyurethane PU foam cut with a water jet.
The very fine imprints are used to wedge and present a collection of glasses. The colourful frames are highlighted on a slightly shiny anthracite PU foam complemented by an advertising leaflet with the brand logo. The set is inserted in a wooden box for a practical, chic and durable presentation tool.
These soft PU foams are very economical and come in multiple densities. They can replace hard or semi-rigid PE foams such as Plastazote, Evazote, Microzote, LD33, LD45, LD29, PTZ29, PTZ33, XVA45, XPE or Multilam
Presentation and protection
Similar to the thermoformed foams, thermo-compression allows important volumes while maintaining the flexibility of the PE foams used.
Our customer wanted to develop a luxurious original presentation case for a cosmetic range. Thermo-compressed foam meets the need for presentation and protection.
With a long experience, we know how to mold and heat compress flexible PU foams as well as hard or semi-rigid PE foams such as Plastazote, Evazote, Microzote, LD33, LD45, LD29, PTZ29, PTZ33, XVA45, XPE, with coatings such as wool, lycra, etc.
Custom-made foam cutting
This luxurious custom-made case is equipped with PE PTZ foam for the presentation of a coffee machine with accessories and capsules.
Each interior cut is custom-made to measure to ensure the protection and the enhancement of the products. The foam is machined to allow for multi-level footprints to the shape of the products. This way, every accessory finds its place. On request, we carry out laser engraving of a logo, a brand or references.
We manage this type of project from A to Z so that you have only one contact person for a fully equipped suitcase. The suitcases or briefcases can be of the flight case, molded or injected plastic such as Plasticase, Gagionne, Pelibox, Vexi, or Panaro

Coloured foam wedging
This box is equipped with a wedge that fits to the protection of a promotional item.
Our cut is perfectly faithful to the very particular shape of this product. Our customer chose a pink PE foam, but we offer a range of several colours, even two-tone creations. Our range can be classic based on white, black or grey, it can also follow the trend with chocolate or powder pink foams, but it can become downright flashy in apple green or lemon. Of course, the fashion for soft touch foams with a peach skin look will delight the most demanding.

Proud to be a sustainable leader in our field, we’ve been committed to the cause from our very beginnings. From launching our world-first 100% recyclable padded bag to developing
a group-wide waste-free cradle-to-cradle’ approach, sustainability is at the heart of every decision we make.
So how exactly do we do what we do, sustainably?
Because we’re 100% committed to what we call our ‘circular economy’ and ‘cradle-to-cradle’ products – which basically means that none of our waste ends up in the incinerator or landfill. In fact, we have no waste. Everything is reused. And we do this in two main ways.
